14 Injured In Nashville Bus Crash

A car and an MTA bus collided near downtown Monday, injuring 14,.

NASHVILLE, TN — An MTA bus and a car collided near downtown Monday afternoon, injuring 14, the transit authority said.

The MTA said none of the 14 injuries are serious, according to a statement:

At approximately 3:20 this afternoon, an accident involving a Nashville MTA bus and a passenger vehicle occurred on Rosa Parks Boulevard near the I-65 overpass. We have no further information on the status of those receiving medical attention at this time.
The Nashville Metropolitan Police Department is on the scene to investigate and Nashville MTA staff is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
