Stormy Daniels Is Coming to Nashville

Update (March, 28): One common response to this post when it was first published was "this is trash and you don't even say where and when she'll be appearing!" Well now, following her interview on 60 Minutes, we have those details. Friend of Pith, J.R. Lind, reports Stormy Daniels will appear at Deja Vu Gentleman's Club on Church Street for three nights, starting tomorrow night. There's also this, from WSMV:

“We went ahead and booked her ahead of time seeing this may develop into something much bigger,” said club manager Larry Schuster. “Thankfully for us, it has.”

Schuster told News 4 the event will be first-come, first-served. Only 250 people are allowed inside the club at a time. Déjà Vu is collecting a $30 cover charge at the door.

In

her 60 Minutes interview with Anderson Cooper

, Daniels said that in 2011, a man in Las Vegas threatened her while she was with her infant daughter, telling her to stay silent about her affair with Trump. From the interview transcript:

I was in a parking lot, going to a fitness class with my infant daughter. T-- taking, you know, the seats facing backwards in the backseat, diaper bag, you know, gettin' all the stuff out. And a guy walked up on me and said to me, "Leave Trump alone. Forget the story." And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, "That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom." And then he was gone.

Original story: Shelter in place, Nashville.

The Washington Post reports

that the adult film star known as Stormy Daniels — who says she can perfectly describe President Donald Trump's "junk" — is coming to town.

The president reportedly paid Daniels $130,000 last year to buy her silence about an affair between the two in 2006, shortly after Trump's marriage to first lady Melania Trump and the birth of their son Barron. The White House has issued vague denials to the story, but it turns out Daniels — whose real name is Stephanie Clifford — had spilled the whole story to In Touch magazine in 2011. The magazine published its 5,000-plus word interview with her last week. There's the sex stuff, sure, but other highlights included this anecdote about the president's fear of and disdain for sharks.

Stormy: I’ve never seen [Melania Trump]. I’ve never seen her in person, ever. Then the next time I saw him was the end of July and he called me and asked if I could come meet him at the Beverly Hills Hotel. And I went. My boyfriend drove me. Keith came out and met me at my truck and walked me in. He had a private bungalow out back, which is cool because I’d never been there and I haven’t been there since. They have these, like, individual cottages there. Cool. They’re pretty nice. I went there. We had dinner once again in his room. I had swordfish that time. Once again, no alcohol. The strangest thing about that night — this was the best thing ever. You could see the television from the little dining room table and he was watching Shark Week and he was watching a special about the U.S.S. something and it sank and it was like the worst shark attack in history. He is obsessed with sharks. Terrified of sharks. He was like, “I donate to all these charities and I would never donate to any charity that helps sharks. I hope all the sharks die.” He was like riveted. He was like obsessed. It’s so strange, I know.

Daniels also

once claimed that Trump asked her to spank him with an issue of Forbes magazine

.

So, anyway, Daniels — who has veered into politics before, including when she was drafted to run for Senate in Louisiana — is taking advantage of the attention with a strip club tour called "Make America Horny Again." And she's apparently coming to Nashville. The WaPo's Dan Zak reports, from the tour's opening stop in South Carolina:

Daniels is taking her show national next month, according to marketer Chris Roberson, whose clients include the Déjà Vu and Hustler strip club chains. She is scheduled to appear in Oklahoma City next month — the flier says “THE PORN STAR THAT TRUMPS THEM ALL” and “SEE THE PORN STAR WORTH $130,000” — and then Nashville and Shreveport, La.

Here in Greenville, as the second year of Trump dawned, Stormy Daniels spread out a taupe fleece blanket onstage, dropped to her knees, arched her back and began to squirt a bottle of lotion onto her chest to the sound of “Animal” by Def Leppard, as the president’s face flashed on video screens behind her.
